Pre-Kindergarten

Our Pre-Kindergarten program nurtures students in all of their developmental needs. We provide an environment that is conducive to spiritual, academic, emotional, and physical growth. Saint Leo the Great provides a learning community where students learn to recognize and respect the dignity of each person as an individual.

 

Development of a positive self-image and attitude towards education is essential to the Pre-Kindergarten experience. Pre-Kindergarten students are introduced to basic, core-Catholic beliefs through prayers, songs, stories, creative arts, and a monthly school liturgy.

ENROLLMENT

Acceptance into our Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten program is determined on the basis of screening and testing for the student’s development maturity and readiness. Children applying for Pre-Kindergarten must be age four (4) by September 1 of the coming academic year. Children applying for Kindergarten must be five (5) by September 1 of the coming academic year. Submit your application today to hold a space for your child in our Pre-Kindergarten class.
